This place suits me perfectly. The fantastic spa, 24-hour reception, and comfortable lounge area ensure I have everything I need. The staff once helped me recover forgotten items, which I greatly appreciated. I can't wait to return for Easter!

A Perfect Sanctuary with Room for Improvement
The room was a spacious delight, but the check-in process could be smoother. The staff was attentive yet overwhelmed. Don't miss the stylish dining area for breakfast. The pastries are a highlight! Plan your garden drinks ahead as they can be busy.

incredibly beautiful & wonderful hotel, favourable location to a wine bar in a less than desirable location which does n't agree with the clientele of the mandarin, nice stuff. helpful service and fairly quiet and bright room with the terrace. great food, delicious and amazing breakfast. awesome overall experience.

A cozy family getaway experience
Our family felt warmly welcomed, with a thoughtful setup for our kids, including a baby cot and cute panda slippers. The service.
Sadly, we encountered a strong odor emanating from the standalone shower, which dampened our otherwise good stay. It required running the water for a while before using it.

Had a blast with my friends at this stylish hotel! We loved exploring the nearby shops and trying out exclusive private cooking lessons. The service was great, especially the concierges who helped us plan our visit. The breakfast spread was really good, setting high expectations .
One downside was the gym. It was quite cramped and didn't have enough equipment for a proper workout.

The location of the Mandarin Oriental in Milan is unbeatable. Just minutes away from the Duomo and great shopping. My room was modern and clean, with the best shower I've ever used. I really loved the internal balcony, perfect for sipping coffee in the morning. The spa exceeded my expectations, especially the tailored facial that left my skin glowing. On the downside, the restaurant could improve service speed. It took longer than expected for my coffee during breakfast.
